Cambridge, London and the South East
Twenty years of coaching, in one method.
I'm Luda. I've spent two decades teaching people to move better — in studios, in village halls and in living rooms. Everything I offer is here, and you're welcome to start wherever suits you.
What I teach
Six disciplines, one coach. Most people use two or three of them without ever thinking about it as a mix.
- Personal training
- One to one, planned around what your body can do today rather than a template. In a Cambridge gym, in your own home, or online.
- Pilates
- Mat work for control, posture and deep core strength. Weekly small groups in the village halls, or one to one if you would rather.
- Functional fitness
- Strength built for what an ordinary week actually asks of you — carrying, lifting, reaching overhead, getting up off the floor.
- Bootcamp
- Group conditioning in intervals: bodyweight, bands and light kit, scaled on the spot to whoever has turned up. Thursday evenings.
- Stretching
- Guided mobility and myofascial release, worked slowly. For range that has quietly gone while you were not using it.
- Sound sessions
- Sound and breath work, lying down and covered, for the best part of an hour. It sits alongside training rather than replacing any of it.
Choose what you'd like to book
Every session is open to book. Nothing here requires anything else first.
- The Assessment A 50-minute movement assessment, plus your written plan to take away and keep.
- Personal training One to one, at the gym or in your own home. Built around what your body can do today.
- Duo training Train with a partner or a friend. Two people, one coach, the same attention.
- Pilates classes Small weekly groups in the village halls. Mats provided, all levels welcome.
- The Method Programme Twelve weeks, structured end to end. Starts with a free 20-minute call.
- Online sessions Live one to one by video, wherever you are. Only a phone and some floor space needed.
- Sound sessions Guided sound and breath work, for recovery and for rest.
Why the training is built this way
I plan from how a body actually moves, not from a template.
MSc in Physical Rehabilitation and Physical Education, National University of Physical Education and Sport of Ukraine.
I trained in Kyiv, at Ukraine's national university for physical education and sport — two years of postgraduate study in how a body produces movement and why it stops. Most personal trainers in the UK hold a Level 3, which is a good grounding and roughly a year of part-time study. Mine is a Master's degree.
I then ran my own studio in Kyiv with three staff, led ten fitness retreats, and taught groups of up to forty. Twenty years of it, across Pilates, functional training, stretching, TRX and myofascial release — which is why the six disciplines above are one practice rather than six certificates.
I work with clients who are cleared to train — and alongside your physio or GP where you are under their care, never instead of them.
